CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT AND ACADEMIC MOTIVATION AMONG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF JOSE MARIA COLLEGE

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to determine the significant relationship and significant difference between Classroom Management and Academic Motivation among High School Students in Jose Maria College. Applying the Descriptivecorrelation design with frequency and percentage, mean, ANOVA and t-test, findings showed that there was a significant relationship between classroom management and academic motivation while there was no significant difference between the two variables when analyzed by age, gender and grade level. The results proposed that the school heads should design a classroom environment that would motivate students to learn their academic subjects.
